Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.guardianflh.com and the website information, resources, and inquiry tools provided by Guardian Financial Life & Health (“Guardian Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms before using our website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Website Purpose and Eligibility

Our website provides information about insurance products, annuities, long-term care coverage, Medicare options, estate-planning education, and related services. You may also request information, register for educational events, or schedule a consultation. Our inquiry and appointment tools are intended for adults age 18 or older who can enter into agreements under applicable law.

2. Educational Information and Professional Advice

Website content, videos, seminars, worksheets, and other resources provide general education. They are not individualized legal, tax, investment, or medical advice. Decisions should be based on your circumstances and a review with appropriately licensed professionals.

Guardian Financial is an insurance agency, not a law firm. Our insurance agents do not act as attorneys or provide legal advice. Where estate-planning services involve an attorney or an independent document platform, that provider’s role, scope of services, fees, and terms will be disclosed separately. Using this website, attending a seminar, or contacting Guardian Financial does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Any attorney engagement requires a separate arrangement with that attorney.

3. Insurance Products and Availability

Insurance and annuity products are offered only where the applicable agent and insurer are licensed or otherwise authorized. Availability, eligibility, premiums, benefits, exclusions, riders, and underwriting requirements vary by insurer, product, state, and individual circumstances. Website descriptions do not establish eligibility or guarantee approval.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or completing a website form does not create, bind, change, or cancel insurance coverage. Coverage becomes effective only under the issuing insurer’s requirements and the applicable policy or contract. Actual policy and contract provisions control over general website descriptions.

Quotes and illustrations are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable documents. Non-guaranteed values, index credits, and illustrated results are not promises of future performance. Guarantees depend on the issuing insurer’s claims-paying ability and contract terms. Charges, withdrawals, loans, and surrender provisions may affect benefits and values. Fixed indexed products do not represent direct investment in a stock-market index.

4. Estate-Planning Resources

Estate-planning needs and document requirements depend on state law and your circumstances. Purchasing or completing documents alone does not guarantee probate avoidance, asset protection, tax savings, or a particular legal result. Proper execution, beneficiary coordination, trust funding where applicable, and ongoing review may be necessary. Consult a licensed attorney about legal questions and document suitability.

5. Appointments, Events, Fees, and Purchases

Submitting an appointment or event request does not guarantee availability; please refer to the confirmation you receive. Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any charges, payment terms, cancellation provisions, and refund policies for a paid service will be provided before purchase in the applicable service agreement or checkout disclosures. Insurance cancellation and free-look rights are governed by the applicable contract and law. These website Terms do not replace those rights or agreements.

6. Information You Submit

Please provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person’s information without appropriate authority. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records, or other sensitive information through ordinary email, social media messages, or general inquiry forms. When such information is needed for an application or service, request instructions for the appropriate secure process.

7. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages

If you request information or an appointment, we may respond using the contact information you provide, subject to your preferences and applicable law. Website use alone is not consent to automated marketing calls or text messages. Where required, marketing consent is requested separately through a clear disclosure and affirmative choice. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

If you separately opt in to text messages from Guardian Financial, messages may include inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, and marketing messages as described in the opt-in disclosure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not cancel an existing policy or service. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Please review it before submitting personal information. Any additional privacy notice or consent presented with a particular form or service also applies to that interaction. These Terms do not independently authorize the sale or sharing of your personal information or override privacy rights provided by law.

9. Third-Party Websites and Social Platforms

We may link to insurers, scheduling tools, event platforms, document providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or operations. Advertising on or linking from TikTok or another platform does not mean that platform endorses Guardian Financial or guarantees our services. Use of that platform is also governed by its own terms.

10. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

You may use our website and resources for lawful personal and informational purposes. Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, and materials belong to Guardian Financial or their respective owners. You may not commercially reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission, except as permitted by law. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operation.

11. Website Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue website features. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This provision does not alter an insurer’s obligations under an issued policy or any express obligations in a separate service agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guardian Financial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits limitation. These Terms do not waive consumer protections or rights under insurance policies.

13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory protections under the law of your state require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to contact an insurance regulator or other government agency or exercise rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes and Severability

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Please review the Terms periodically. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Separate signed service agreements and issued insurance contracts govern the services or coverage they address.
